FairTalk #10: Dignity in Humanitarian Photography and Videography
In today's interconnected world, the power of visual storytelling is unparalleled. Humanitarian organisations employ photography to shed light on social issues, spark empathy, and mobilise support. However, the ethical implications of visual storytelling cannot be overstated. On Monday, February 19, 2024, Fairpicture hosted their 10th FairTalk where we delved into what it means to uphold dignity through the lens of still and moving image and provide tools to create impactful narratives that respect the dignity of the protagonist.
